Imam treated Turk guards and Savak agents differently

Imam normally socialized and conversed with Turks when encountering while ignored Savakis and never spoke with, which provoked Savakis –Shah Regime’s spy agency--anger badly.

During the year that Imam was in turkey, he took a very friendly and clever style in treating his Turk guards which made Savakis worried. Imam would never talk to Shah’s authorities when they accompanied clerics in visiting him, and not even responded to their greeting. In same occasions in Turkey he’d enter into a friendly conversation with Turks. He talked with the Turk agents and guards about general situation and life in Turkey and asked about oil, agriculture and economy in there. Obviously the Turks would bluff well about. Relationship between the two regime of Iran and Turkey seemed friendly but the Turks bluffs about their country irritated the Savakis and they were sometimes about to react on and in consequence their good relation was threatened.

The two regimes of Iran and Turkey had hefty economic and strategic political interests in common and they got deeply scared of losing them by losing their good relation, which was going to be affected by Imam’s plan in being good with the Turks.
