In this thesis I have examined first the roots of Islam’s human rights and also that group of human being’s basic rights that have been noted in Islam’s teachings and their impact cannot be seen in human rights global declarations and other related treaties. Then I have noted the existing comparative methods between human rights concepts and Islam’s decrees and I have examined the cases about which there is a disagreement.
