There Is No One More Alive Than You, Why Should We Mourn?

In occasion of Imam Khomeini’s heavenly departure, an exhibition was held in New York to introduce different worshiping and political dimensions of Imam Khomeini.

This exhibition was held in occasion of the 23rd demise anniversary of Imam Khomeini, with the goal to introduce Imam’s different personal, individual and social dimensions to the Iranian, Muslims and people of the United States on June 2nd and 3rd at the Islamic Institution in New York.

Exhibiting pictures of the late Imam from the beginning of the 15 Khordad 1342 (4 June 1963) rising until his demise, screening a film in English about Imam’s personality, cultural, educational and political dimensions, exhibiting some works of the founder of the Islamic revolution, and offering soft wares and CD’s of ‘A Documentary on Imam’ were among the programs of this exhibition.

This exhibition entitled ‘There is no one more alive than you, Why should we mourn?’ was held by the effort of Iran’s Culture Center at the Office of the IR Iran at the UN.
