According to the News Committee of Imam Khomeini’s Commemoration, Hojatoleslam Dr. Moqaddam the secretary of the International Committee, talked about their further programs: “With God’s blessing the executive issues of the ceremony are in progress. But the presence of the selected guests and those who are willing to come to the shrine because of their love towards Imam is important for the international committee. Therefor based on our coordinations with the airlines the guests who are trying to visit the Imam’s holy shrine will receive a 50% discount.”
He stated: “Two particular programs of “Islamic Awakening” and “Imam’s Ali-like Life” are among our other programs for the future.”
Mr. Heshmati, deputy of the Cultural Committee mentioned the “Del-e-Dideh” and “Bar Astan-e- Aftab” festivals and said: “A weblog festival and holding a competition titled “The Guest” by the cooperation of the Aesthetic department of Tehran’s Municipality are among other programs of the cultural committee.”
Then Mr. Asgharian said: “Producing a documentary about the Imam and publishing special editions about Imam’s life are among the other activities of our committee.”
The representative of Tehran’s municipality described their activities and said: “6000 busses from different parts of Tehran and the Alborz province will serve people for free on June 2nd.”
The military representatives of the Islamic countries visit, executing the Jamran to Jamran plan and visiting the Jamaran destroyer are among the programs that the secretary of the armed forces committee.
Mr. Ershadmanesh, secretary of the directing committee and representative of the presidency office delivered a report of their works and said: “There has been no problems until now for Imam’s ceremony and all the preparations are done.”
