Imam Khomeini Always Sought Efficient Judicial System

The founder of the Islamic Republic wanted to establish a comprehensive judicial system that could deliver a quick and efficient justice to masses and all strata of the society.

The great Imam even invited the judiciary to investigate his property and all assets. He never put himself beyond the law and wanted the regulations be implemented by all wings and sections of the government.

Imam wanted an effective parliament, capable judiciary and functional civilian government.  

Imam Khomeini wanted all of the officials to serve interests of the country, masses and the Muslim world.  

Imam also established social justice, and expanded peace, equality and friendship among nations across the globe.

The founder of the Islamic Republic belonged to all Muslims and oppressed nations. The great Imam blessed human societies with spiritual values and warned against falling into pits of moral decline.

The great Imam also strongly criticized some arrogant and colonial powers for hatching conspiracies and inflicting insults against the truthful religion of Islam and Muslim societies. The arrogant powers were creating obstacles and hindering the progress of the Muslim countries and nations.  

There is a great need to highlight and promote Imam Khomeini’s dynamic thought on internet and through several other modern sources such as press, media and E-magazines.

Several analysts believe that the progressive thought of founder of the Islamic Republic have revived the genuine spiritual teachings and empowered the movements of oppressed nations in different parts of the world in our contemporary era.

Imam’s established very strongly system which could easily survive for decades in face of the conspiracies of arrogant powers.

In 1982, Imam Khomeini issued an 8 article command to the authorities of the judiciary system and all execution organizations about changing the regulations to an Islamic form. We could consider this command of Imam, which was published four years after the revolution, as a jurisprudence verdict to address  challenges facing the judiciary system.

The founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this command emphasizes on protecting people’s privacy. Among all of Imam’s messages, his Eight Articled Directives are highly notable. Other than protecting people’s privacy, Imam also considers both sides of human dignity - meaning inherent value and dignity of individuals - and stresses on basic and important principles such as preserving human’s dignity in the field of  security.
