Imam's speeches creates unity among Pakistani Muslims

Unfortunately, different Muslim sects in Pakistan are not respectful to each other so that there is ethnic and social tension between Shia and Sunni brothers, Mrs. Nasrullahi, the principal of Maktab-e Zeinab seminary school in Islamabad made the remarks.

Highlighting the influence of Imam's dynamic thought on creating unity between Muslim Shia and Sunni sects in the region the principal asserted that the great Imam's inspiring thought can resolve all ethnic and tribal disagreements.

Mrs. Nasrullahi criticizing the divisive speeches delivered by a Shia leader about one of the holy prophet's wives added: this speech has unfortunately led to so much wrath and sadness for our Sunni brothers along with its negative consequences in the media.

She also went onto say that the influence of Imam's genuine thought and teachings are profoundly increasing among the Muslim community in Pakistan as the Islamic Revolution isstill influencing many countries in the region since three decades ago.

The Pakistani seminary principal in answer to the question that if "Arab Spring" could be applied as terms to define recent regional developments said that these movements and revolutions basically take roots from the Islamic Revolution of Iran, therefore we should call them as "Islamic Awakening"; the difference however pertains to the fact that they lack a great and powerful leader like Imam Khomeini.

Emphasizing that Imam's books and compilations are largely welcomed by the Muslim society in Pakistan Nasrullahi reiterated that the genuine teachings of the great Imam are still influencing many people in the region and across the globe.

Given the fact that she had spent many years of her life in Iran and was primarily a Sunni Muslim the principal added that Iranian ethics and morality has been the main reason to her for becoming a Shi'a.
