The popular Russian writer said in a recent interview that Islam had been cornered and isolated before the victory of the Islamic Revolution and it was personality of the great Imam who revived it with new spirit.
The great leader bravely stood against superstitious and useless beliefs and confronted them at all levels. Imam believed that someone could easily overpower the hostile elements but it was not an easy task to reform the beliefs of certain superstitious people, since they are always misleading a large number of members of a society or community.
The writer of the famous book titled "Imam Khomeini, the great leader of the Islamic Revolution" went onto say that Imam acted beyond cross-border or ethnic lines across the Muslim world and he was also liked by followers of other faiths and religions.
The intellectual noted that Imam's dynamic thought inspired several movements by the oppressed nations across the world and the ongoing Islamic awakening in Bahrain was as a result of his pure teachings and guidelines.
Jokov said he had visited Imam's residence in Tehran and was deeply impressed to know that such a great leader was leading a very simple life in a very ordinary house. He added it was incredible for him to see that the person who shook the pillars of great monarchy and great powers had opted to lead such a simple lifestyle.
The high-profile writer noted that after drawing a comparison between the simple life style of Imam and imperial and lavish style of heads in the Arab world, someone could easily conclude that Imam was promoter of truth and justice across the world.
Given that reason, all powers of the world couldn't defeat Iran during eight-year imposed war launched by the former Iraqi dictator Saddam against the Islamic Republic following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979. Imam had transformed his followers into undefeatable powers with great Spirit, the writer added.
The reputed writer concluded that Imam is loved by millions of his fan and followers and will continue to lead the coming generations on spiritual path as well.
Several analysts believe that current ongoing revival movements by the oppressed nations and the ongoing Islamic awakening are as a result of direct dynamic Islamic and spiritual teachings and guidelines by the great Imam.
