The great heir of the holy prophet launched a borderless educational campaign and trained thousands of brilliant students who spread divine knowledge and wisdom across the globe.
It is reported that great scholars belonging to different faiths used to attend his study circles in the holy city of Medina and carried his messages of divine wisdom to different parts of the world. The infallible leader called upon all the humanity to follow the real, pure and genuine teachings of Islam as conveyed by the holy prophet himself.
Imams spent a great deal of his time in the corrections of the distorted beliefs and his intellectual accomplishments are enormous.
His knowledge had earned such fame that people used to visit him from far-off places. He had many discussions and debates with unbelievers, polytheists, apostates and heretics. If all these debates and discussions were to be collected they would constitute a voluminous book.
Moreover, the divine figure also undertook serious intellectual debates with scholars of Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians and other religions and convinced them about the reality and made them aware about divine beauties of Islam. They all used to appreciate the religious tolerance, knowledge and patience was being promoted by the divine personality.
Imam Sadiq (PBHU) also bridged the differences between religions and gathered leaders and followers of a variety of faiths under the flag of monotheism and pure divine teachings.
The infallible leader and true successor of the holy prophet also funded several branches of mathematics, philosophy, astronomy, anatomy, alchemy and the natural sciences. His scholarship embraced the esoteric as well as the exoteric sciences and kalam as well as the sciences of hadith, Sunnah, the natural and the historic sciences. He was al-hakim, an integrator, a true man of wisdom in the Quranic sense.
