In the name of God, the most beneficent, the most merciful
Oh reformer of hearts and minds, Director of day and night, and transformer of conditions, Change ours to the best in accordance with your will
This year’s Nowruz has been coincided with the sanctuary of the holy and blessed month of Ramadan, a time when believers are guest of the guests of God's banquet and at the same time sitting at table of nature. This year is also associated with the nights of decrees (Layalat al-Qadr) and related to the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (‘a), the commander of faithful.
And how spiritually beautiful is this glorious and mysterious coincidence, and how generous are the Muslim Iranian people, who have always been the pioneers of at the connection and intersection of religion and the world.
And this historical tolerance has been the greatest factor in the permanence of our religious and national culture up to now, and it will be so in the future as well.
It seems necessary to thank and praise God the Almighty countlessly that we have passed another year in good spirit and health and have entered the new year.
And our eyes have been enlightened by divine signs and beauty along with the resurrection of nature, i.e. the "spirit-enhancing spring."
Now, in the early hours of the New Persian Year, while offering the most sacred greetings and salutations to the luminous face of the Master of the Monotheists, the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (‘a), the truthful successor of the holy prophet, I congratulate you on the arrival of Nowruz and ask God Almighty to bestow the best of fates.
May God the Almighty accept the prayers and supplication during of the nights of power in appreciation of every Iranian people, especially all of our hardworking and esteemed colleagues?
Moreover, I also take this opportunity to thank all of sisters and brothers, for your hard work and efforts undertaken over the past year.
And finally I pray to Allah for your health and continued success for you, your loved ones, and your respected families.
