Imam Khomeini's wise and divine management turned the Islamic Revolution into an undefeatable and eternal phenomenon and defeated all conspiracies and plots hatched by domestic and global enemies.
Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Ali Ghazi Asghar, the supreme leader envoy in Hajj affairs said that the Islamic Revolution became victim of terrorism and several of the prominent figures were assassinated by the enemies in very beginning.
The Hippocratic groups also assassinated right-hand of Imam Ayatollah Morteza Motahhari.The enemies attempted to assassinate the current supreme leader Seyyed Ali Khamenei and carried out a worst deadly bombing in which Ayatollah Dr. Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti was assassinated along with 72 of his fellows, Ghazi Asghar recalled.
Beheshti and several of his colleagues were killed in the attack on June 28, 1981, when a bomb exploded during a party meeting (Hafte tir bombing).
The bomb explosion targeted a meeting of the Islamic Republic Party. The bomb was planted by the MKO, which at that time was involved in a
Dr. Beheshti was considered as one of the most trusted advisor to the great Imam and a key figure of the Islamic Revolution. He remained alongside the great Imam during tough years of struggle against the global arrogance and colonialism.
Beheshti was also appointed as the chief incharge of the Hamburg Mosque in 1965, which was later upgraded to a full fledge “Hamburg Islamic Center”.
We were very sad and anxious how to inform the great Imam about this tragic incident. However the then government officials became astonished that Imam had earlier known about the sad happening through radio channels, Ghazi Asghar added.
He also concluded that the revolution has become stronger and the domestic Hippocratic groups and global arrogance are being humiliated in various parts of the world.
Several analysts believe that Revolution rose to global stage and became eternal because Imam handled very tough circumstances very wisely and with great exercise of patience.
