Hojjat ul-Islam Mohammad Lotfi Niyasar, director of the Iran’s Ma’aref Radio channel along with a number of officials gathered at the residence of the Ayatollah Bakhtiyari to appreciate him for his valuable contribution to the radio’s Islamic and Quranic programs.
Ayatollah Bakhtiyari, who was a student of great Imam, donated rare cassette tapes containing lectures by the late founder of the Islamic Republic to the radio.
The tapes include a series of speeches and lectures delivered during the years when the great leader of the Muslim World was in exile in Iraq. The lectures have been aired by the radio channel and widely welcomed by a large number of listeners and audiences.
The scholar also appreciated the activities of the radio channel and considered it as a blessing and outcome of the Islamic Revolution. He also wished success for the radio in promoting Islamic culture and teachings in different parts of the world.
The scholar also noted the great Imam’s Islamic movement had facilitated the struggle against Western cultural rebellion and global arrogance.
The scholar put emphasis on following pure teachings and ideals of Imam Khomeini to confront tyranny and support the oppressed nations of the world.
