Institute officials pledge allegiance to Imam Khomeini

Senior officials from the institute have paid a visit to Imam Khomeini‘s holy mausoleum in order to pledge allegiance with his great ideals and objectives.

The officials paid visit to the holy shrine of the founder of the Islamic Republic on the occasion of 27thfounding anniversary of institute for compilation and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works.

The holy shrine of the father of the Islamic Revolution is located on the outskirts of the Iranian capital, Tehran and is visited by thousands of pilgrims and tourists from across Iran and the world.

Later, the officials also attended a ceremony which was also addressed by Ayatollah Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of the father of the Islamic revolution.

Delivering a speech at the ceremony, the great Muslim scholar emphasized on the need to spread and promote Imam’s ideals on the international level among young generation by resorting to modern technological means and ideals.

Seyyed Hassan Khomeini also recommended short and long term strategies should be devised to enhance the progress of the institute for the coming years.

The institute was established in 1996 in a bid to spread Imam’s thought and prevent his works from any kind of distortion.

It is noteworthy that international department of the institute have managed to translate dozens of Imam Khomeini works into several languages in recent years.

Imam Khomeini, a great reformist and religious figure, revived the divine and human values in contemporary history when the entire world was plunging into moral decline.
