Imam Khomeini had Rational Approach to Rights, Duties and Law

Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic, resorted to a rational approach regarding the issues of great significance such as rights, duties and law.

Imam Khomeini believed that the duties, rights and implementation of law have divine, rational, social and logical perspectives.

According to Imam, the duties are not interpreted as an imposed matter, but a divine, social obligation which has been originated form divine abode and has divine aspects.

Imam believed that Islam is of divine nature and it has observed all basic human rights and freedoms.

The duties are not an obligation out of force, but originated from divine sources and are designed to bring about freedoms and prosperity for the societies.

According to Islamic sources and Imam,  the mankind duties are not beyond their potentials.

The right, duties and laws were in accordance with the human nature and their ultimate goal was to achieve social and spatial freedoms for the human beings.

The world religious and spiritual leader always maintained that the laws are designed to prevent chaos; anarchy and acting upon will tackle all types of disorder in the society and will bring about property and salvation.  

Imam Khomeini established an Islamic-democratic system in 1979 which brought success and prosperity for the Iranian people and the other oppressed nations.

The great religious and spiritual leader of the world maintained that the human beings in their essence are blessed with dignity and decorated with divine values.

According to Imam, God the Almighty has blessed man with divine nature, wisdom and several other attributes which brings about dignity to human beings.
