Imam Khomeini’s thought would prevail over his analyses meaning that he thought and reflected more than he analyzed and studied books. For instance when he was teaching business and economics, I took with me a number of books and said to him: “Please study these (books) as well.” He replied: “Take away all of them (the books); I must think by myself. A person who has to read so many books will have no time to think (on the subject).”
