On the occasion of the anniversary of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization held dozens of conferences, book and photo exhibitions and poetry night in different countries and unveiled several new books about the personality of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him).
In an exclusive interview with the Public Relations of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Dr. Abouzar Ebrahimi Torkaman stated: "On the occasion of the 28th demise anniversary of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, all of the Cultural Centers and Cultural Offices of the Islamic Republic of Iran held memorial ceremonies with the presence of authorities, cultural figures and Iranian resident which the ceremonies received a huge welcome from foreign and Iranian scholars".
The head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization added: "This organization also held dozens of conferences and meetings in many countries in which the thought and personality of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran were explained".

About the publication and unveiling of new books on the personality of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him), the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization stated: "Some books which were published about the late Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) include Publication of the Manners of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) in Iraq, Unveiling Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) from Birth to Death in Indonesia, Reprint of Pashto translation of the Poems of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) in Peshawar, Unveiling the Land of Memories in Nakhchivan, and Publication of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) as a Unique Figure in the History in Turkmen language".
Dr. Ebrahimi Torkaman added: "Other programs which were held by the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization on the occasion of the 28th demise anniversary of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran in other countries include the establishment of photo exhibition of The Kind Imam in Nakhchivan, the establishment of photo exhibition with the topic of the demise of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) in Latakia, and the Night poetry of Khorshid-e-Arefan in Beirut".
