21st international Press exhibition opens in Tehran

The international exhibition of media and press has opened in the Iranian capital, Tehran.

The 21st Press and News Agencies Exhibition opened in Tehran on Saturday.


Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Ali Jannati is scheduled to open the exhibition in which over 600 domestic media are to display their works and activities in some 567 pavilions, IRNA news agency reported


Some 22 representatives from 11 foreign media including China, France, Germany, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Russia, Turkey, and USA have sent delegates to the event to introduce their media to the Iranian visitors.


The 21st Press Exhibition will be held on November 7-13 themed Fair Criticism and Accountability.


It is noteworthy that institute for compilation and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works has set up a separate stall to present the works and introduce the academic legacy of the founder of the Islamic Republic.


The international department of the institute of the institute is set to introduce and present Imam’s works in dozens of languages.


Several of the works are now available in digital forms for the devotees.


Imam Khomeini’s academic and intellectual legacy is increasingly becoming popular around the globe.


The Iranian media made significant progress following the victory of the Islamic Revolution under the wise leadership of Imam Khomeini in 1979.
